SCHOOL INDUCTION PROGRAMME School Induction Programme is a support and guidance provided to the budding teachers in the early stage of their B.Ed course. During the induction period student teachers are send to schools inorder to make them identify, learn, adapt and adjust with the school environment where they are new as teachers. It provides a greater opportunity to the emerging teachers to interact with the students, identify their duties and responsibilities and bring in the aspect of passion and devotion to the respective course .
