                                       INNOVATIVE WORK An innovative work can be defined as a “new idea, device, or method”. It is something original and more effective and as a consequence, new that “breaks into” the pupil. Two interesting dimensions of innovation including: degree of novelty and type of innovation. Innovative work should be a catalyst to growth. Innovation may be linked to positive changes in efficiency, productivity, quality, competitiveness and intellectual development. Through innovative work the teacher can improve students’ performance by providing group work opportunities and resources to innovate.                                                                     CONCEPT MAP A concept map is essentially a visual representation of how different concepts are related to one another. It typically starts with a main idea or concept and branches out to show how that main idea can be broken down into specific subtopics. This method of representation aids in simplifying complex concepts, making them more digestible and easier to understand.       For the plus two students i choosen the topic for concept map is ' PLANNING'

    ACHIEVEMENT TEST An achievement test measures how an individual has learned over time and what the individual has learned by analyzing his present performance. It also measures how a person understands and masters a particular knowledge area at the present time. With this test, you can analyze just how quick and precise an individual is in performing the tasks that they consider an accomplishment.             The steps and procedures of achievement tests are as follows: 1. Planning for the test 2. Preparation of a design for the test 3. Preparation of the blue print 4. Preparing Preliminary draft 5. Item analysis, editing the draft, and trying it out 6. Preparing the final draft  Establishment of Standardization        I CONDUCTED AN ACHIEVEMENT TEST ON THE TOPIC " NATURE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF MANAGEMENT"          

                                                 WEEKLY REPORT                                              15-07-2024 to 20-07-2024 It was our last week in the school so i conducted achievement test,concept map teaching,innovative work and taken lesson plan classes and revision classes also.It was a sad reality is that we miss the teaching practice because the students were attached with us and the concern teachers were really help us to make the teaching in a betterway.

  HEALTH EDUCATION  As part of B.Ed curriculum, we the teacher trainees BNV V AND HSS FOR BOYS THIRUVALLAM class for students of VIII B on July 19, 2024. The topic we selected was NUTRIENTS AND ITS FUNCTION AND IMPORTANCE OF EXERCISE and We divided the topics among three of us and took the class. We took the class on the fifth period of both days. We included two activities on each class. Students actively engaged in the class and they responded very well. We gave discussed about the importance of topic we selected and how they should take care of those things in their life.  

                                                     WEEKLY REPORT 7  ( 15th July to 19th July ) I conducted a diagnostic test on this week. Tuesday was a holiday due to Muhram festival.On 19th July  quiz related to Moon day was conducted in IT lab.ON  19 TH july  OFE students of the school went to   field trip to planetarium.me and sreekutty were joined the field trip. Entering into the second last week  of teaching practice. Hectic schedules. Running around to finish lesson plans and chapter. And i taken my classes with  lesson plan lp,Students were actively participated in all activities

       Weekly Report - 6 8 th july  to 12 th july      Entering into the second last week of teaching practice. Hectic schedules. Running around to finish lesson plans and chapters. On the next day our academic director Dr Meerakumari miss came to evaluate our lesson plans and teaching aids. She observed my class too. Her opinions and suggestions gave me positive energy. On 11th July  an essay writing was held under the supervision of Athira and Parvathy related to World Population Day. A quiz was conducted afternoon on the same topic. School had started giving special classes on basic reading and writing for backward students on Fridays. 

         WEEKLY REPORT 5 TEACHING PRACTICE: Week 5 ( 1st July to 5th July) Our teaching phase session has entered into a new month. Many hopes of a new month has been started. Lesson plans are on the go. I am making use of every opportunity to take classes as I have to complete the lesson plans and chapters I am alloted. The students and I have created a good rapport. They have been very cooperative and helpful to me. I created a special bond between them, a respectful and caring bond.
