                                    FIRST PHASE TEACHING PRACTICE


 A teacher takes a hand, opens a mind, and touches a heart❤️

Teaching is something that has been a part of me since years. Here starts my new journey of B.Ed life.

I started my teaching practice of third semester on November 6, 2023 at Victory Boys Higher Secondary School, Nemom. I along with my other LEKSHMI reached school at 8:45 Am.I am the leader to represent us from the college.We handed over the attendance to sir  the, LEENA MAAM ,PRINCIPAL. For the higher school section anusaj and siya were there from our college too.We went to our allotted room.we met our concerned teachers and other teaching and non- teaching staffs.They are so kind and gentle. Teachers asked us to serve the lunch on every day.Students were very kind and lovable. I took my lesson with good teaching aids.We also saw the teacher trainees from CSI college cheruvarakkonam and they are also friendly to us.

    ACHIEVEMENT TEST An achievement test measures how an individual has learned over time and what the individual has learned by analyzing his present performance. It also measures how a person understands and masters a particular knowledge area at the present time. With this test, you can analyze just how quick and precise an individual is in performing the tasks that they consider an accomplishment.             The steps and procedures of achievement tests are as follows: 1. Planning for the test 2. Preparation of a design for the test 3. Preparation of the blue print 4. Preparing Preliminary draft 5. Item analysis, editing the draft, and trying it out 6. Preparing the final draft  Establishment of Standardization        I CONDUCTED AN ACHIEVEMENT TEST ON THE TOPIC " NATURE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF MANAGEMENT"
